Week Twenty-Nine marks the fifteenth anniversary of my first, and only, time to see Jane's Addiction in concert at the Fair Park Coliseum on November 18, 1997 - sorry it's so difficult to see the ticket stub; it faded like crazy... I am also going throw in some Porno for Pyros this week since that was one of Perry's other noble efforts:

This was yet another tune that I was introduced to through the promo CD that was sent with my CMJ New Music Monthly magazine. This song totally rocks and is so packed with energy. However, if you have ever seen the video, then you probably will agree with me that Perry looks like a total goober in it. It's so difficult to look at him with that ridiculous haircut after seeing him for so many years in his super-cool dreads.
